The Peppermint Saloon started as a simple idea: Lincoln deserves a spot that doesn't ask you to choose between a great cup of coffee and a proper glass of wine. So we built one.
By day, the sunlit tables fill with locals working on their laptops, students with textbooks, and anyone who appreciates a pour-over that actually tastes like the beans it came from. By night, the same room softens — the lights drop, the music shifts, and the bar takes over.
We source our coffee from roasters in the White Mountains, our spirits are stocked with both local craft and classic staples, and every dish on the menu is something we'd actually eat after a long shift. That's the standard. It's also the only one we've ever had.
